Hi. I’m Tina Marie Del Rosario
I’m a licensed therapist (LCSW #94386) and executive coach in California with over two decades of experience working within corporate environments and 13 years of experience providing therapy, coaching, and consulting services. My combined background in business and therapy provides a level of depth, insight, and strategy that differentiates my work from traditional executive coaching models.
Rather than focusing solely on performance or productivity, I help clients understand the underlying psychological, relational, and behavioral patterns that impact leadership, communication, workplace culture, decision-making, and overall well-being.
